• Plan for Lingampalli faculty mandali - must make a whatsapp group for communication.
• Plan for maintaining sankhya/pravas/other details of all running milans -- to be revisited.
• IIIT Milan/club status -- not running.
• Create soochi of swayamsevak who attended Prathmika and should be followed up for completing Pratham Varsh -- time bound.
• Increase Pravas to category C/D institutes and plan events for category C/D institutes.
• Include more people in this work, give dayitva as palak, etc. Some names discussed and noted.
