Any baithak has five aspects:

Reporting. This cements "working as an organization".
Soochna. This is integral and obvious.
Charcha and Nirnaya. One cannot be without the other! This is Sanskara.
Karyakarta Avlokan. Sangh Karya is Vyakti Nirmaan, always nurture them with devotion.
Gunatmak Vishayak. Anything for development by any karyakarta or all karyakarta. That is the purpose of existence (of Sangh ... and otherwise).
